Ann Peters School of Acting
With the agency being involved with all the early films shot in South Australia it became apparent that a school was needed. By casting, I learnt about auditioning from various directors. My observations on film sets and my experience as an actress gave me the expertise and knowledge with which to impart.

The school grew and is renowned for being the stepping stone into the industry for many "names". Present and past students are working professionally here and overseas.
The school offers acting classes at all levels, for all media and ages. Class times vary depending on age and style of programme. Prices range from $50 for a 2 hour workshop up to $585 for 4 hours once a week for 10 weeks.

Students train only within their own age group. If you are interested in any of our programmes, contact us

School Holiday Workshop
We sometimes (depending on how busy we are with films etc.) run a school holiday programme.

This programme is a workshop of fun and learning, with the opportunity to register with the agency.

We do enjoy our School Holiday Workshops, but our problem is that most of whom may be interested, don't let us know until a couple of days before it starts. So I thought by explaining this, you would book in earlier than normal.

For a successful, well organised programme, we must have at least 4 weeks notice. We have to organise teachers, students (by keeping the two age groups separated) and the programme, and it's impossible with short notice. We also need to have some idea, as to whether we are going to get those interested enough to run it.

Please email enquiries@sacasting.com.au if interested.
Masterclasses
For those with previous training or experience.

Students put their craft into practice, in auditioning, working with directors, dissecting scripts, creating characters, working on the art of "being" and the given circumstances and then shooting the scenes to understand the technique of filming.

Classes are held in blocks of 2 terms, 2 hours once a week.
